Did Ashley Dupre get a nose job and breast implants before becoming famous as the hooker employed by Eliot Spitzer?

MakeMeHeal.com believes she had both operations. They say her nose is much smaller now and free of bumps. "The bridge is perfectly arched, and has the round, yet slightly upturned appearance classically associated with a nose job."

They also think she has C-cup size breast implants. And note the Latin tattoo on her belly.

A reader wrote us saying she's convinced Amy Winehouse has had a nose job recently and is amazed that no one has noticed. She says;

Janelle has decided to go forward with a nose job. Her surgery was just 12 hours away when she recorded this "before rhinoplasty" video with her friend. Together they will be documenting the recovery and the longer-term results of the nose job. We'll post updates here when they're available.

It's been a month since Jordan got back to the U.K. after having breast surgery reduction in California. She had her breast size reduced from FF to D. But only now is she letting people know that this wasn't the only cosmetic surgery she had while there. She's now admitting she also had a rhinoplasty operation which completely changed the shape of her nose.

And she's got a whole set of new teeth, having also spent 25,000 British pounds on a flashy new set of veneers while in California.

Update: Jordan says her teeth have been filed down so much for the last set of veneers that she has been in constant excruciating pain for the past six weeks. She needs to go and get this fixed. She also says her breasts are still too big, and as a result of the 'size reduction' surgery they are sagging with excess skin and she will have to get this fixed. Jordan wishes she never had this surgery. She doesn't recommend others do it. She says she will stop now. At the age of 29, she says "I don't want to look 18 when I'm 60."

Radar Online is speculating that Blake Lively got a nose job before she got the role of Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl.

Scarlett Johansson is upset with US Weekly. They show her on their cover this week as a prime example of Hollywood Nip/Tuck. They claim she's had her nose surgically altered. But her rep sent this note to OK! Magazine in response;

"US Weekly's cover story regarding Scarlett Johansson and its clear implication that she has had plastic or cosmetic surgery on her nose is an outrageous and defamatory fabrication lacking any conceivable basis or proof, despite vehement denials by Ms. Johansson prior to publication...Not surprisingly, US magazine cannot provide the dates when she supposedly had this surgery, who performed the surgery, or what was supposedly done — all because there simply is no truth to the story. The publication made a pathetic attempt to validate its story by using two cover photos of Scarlett that were taken years apart with obviously different make-up and lighting, and then relying on an "expert’s opinion” (based solely on looking at the two photos) on what "might" have been done. It wasn't."

Karina Smirnoff is taking a couple of weeks off from Dancing with the Stars to get a nose job.

The rhinoplasty is being performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Nicolov, who will be correcting the asymmetry in her nose as well as a small bump on the bridge of her nose and the deviated septum.

She will be in bandages for about ten days and it may take up to a year for everything to set into place but 90% of the results should be visible in three weeks. We can expect to see her new nose on Dancing with the Stars on November 27th.

Jill speculates that Chelsea has had plastic surgery (including a nose job), and that she has had her hair straightened and bleached as well as her teeth perfected with cosmetic dental work. It's the first time I've heard someone say Chelsea Clinton has had a nose job but it does look like it's possible. What do you think?

Brazilian model Camila Alves is very hot this year, not least because she may be marrying Hollywood's Matthew McConaughey. Her modeling career is really taking off. But was she always as stunningly beautiful as portrayed in the recent ad campaign below? Is it possible she had a nose job a few years ago? Can anyone provide a photo of the younger Camila?

This video ad is one of the most aesthetically beautiful sport fashion ads I've seen lately. The music has a large part to do with it.

Update: Now I am not sure if the woman in this video is Camila Alves. It could be a case of someone putting up this video on YouTube with her name attached to it. It's a great example of how people can easily manipulate the YouTube search system. I've tried finding out who the beautiful model is (and maybe her first name really is Camila), but it may not be Ms. Alves.

Update: As of January 15th, Camila is about three months pregnant and her and Matthew McConaughey are very excited about having a baby later this year.

Here's one woman who was very happy with her rhinoplasty surgery. She thought her nose was too fat and bulky initially. The short video shows her nose as it was before as well as one week later and eight weeks after the surgery.
