Lisa Rinna finally opened up about her famously plump lips on today's Today Show.

She said, “That’s the pink elephant in the room. This is the first time I have told what I have done to my lips. Twenty-three years ago, I had silicone put in my top lip not the bottom lip. [The look] made me who I am. But after years and years, you develop scar tissue.”

According to People, the silicone hardened, and the look of the scar tissue was no longer plump and beautiful. Next came a cortisone injection, and that was “gross,” she said.

She's not had facial plastic surgery but she did get breast implants after two pregnancies and does use dermal fillers (Juvederm and Botox.) See her discuss her lips and beauty tips in the video below;

We were always sure Angelina Jolie's lips were naturally big and puffy. But this is the first photo that makes us wonder if she is starting to enhance them artificially with dermal fillers. She is more supremely beautiful than even usual here but her upper lip looks a bit Donald Duck. A dollop of Restylane or Juvederm maybe?

Angelina Jolie's lips are the ideal of perfection for women surveyed by the Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her lips received first place in the survey. Last year the best lips honor went to Kate Winslet. Katherine Heigl got the vote for the most popular nose sought by cosmetic surgery patients and Paris Hilton won out for best complexion. Keira Knighley has been on the list for two years in a row as the top of the most-wanted cheeks list.

Update: hmmm, Jolie's lips seem to be getting bigger as she gets older.

Olga Kurylenko is the new Bond girl for the Bond 22 movie. It is not going to be Gemma Arterton as speculated here earlier. Gemma will only have a supporting role.

Olga is 28 years old. She is Ukranian and was discovered by a female modeling scout at the age of 15 in Moscow and has done much modeling and several movies since then. This video is just a touch too slutty for us at C-M, but I am showing it as it is a highly artful ad and because she is incredibly beautiful and a lot of the clothes she models here are the most fabulous patterns, colors and fabrics you will see anywhere.

In this more recent photo, she looks like she's had a lip filler applied to her upper lip. Possibly juvederm or restylane. It doesn't add to her natural beauty, and actually detracts from her perfect looks.

Most 'before photos' of Abbey Clancy show she has a relatively thin upper lip. But has Clancy recently had her lips enlarged with Restylane? The Sun Online thinks so. See their before and after pictures here.

They spoke to plastic surgeon Alex Karidis who said "There is no doubt Abbey’s lips are considerably fuller. Botox can be ruled out but she has probably started on a course of injectable fillers."

Abigail Clancy, age 21, has recently filmed a series for Living TV in Los Angeles called Abbey and Janice: Beauty and the Best which is about her attempts to make it big in the LA modelling scene, aided by Janice Dickinson who acts as her mentor. The six part series started last month.

Joridn Sparks was the grand winner of American Idol tonight. She is only 17 years old. (Her 18th birthday is not till December 22nd). She is obviously extremely talented but also very beautiful and has already enjoyed a stint as a plus size fashion model.

Are her beautiful lips real or have they been enhanced with Restylane or some other filler? If anyone knows or has a before picture, this would be very interesting info. Here's a video of her singing a few weeks ago on American Idol.

Have you ever wanted to try plumping up your lips temporarily to see how they might look if they were a little bigger? CareFair suggests a novel way to try this with the cayenne pepper in your kitchen cupboard. They suggest mixing some Vaseline together with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Then rub the mixture over your lips. The cayenne pepper acts as an irritant that plumps the lips while the Vaseline will help to moisturize them.

Here's a video about the different procedures for lip enhancement. The temporary solutions are fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm. A more permanent solution would be a silicone lip augmentation. In this five minute video, plastic surgeon Dr. Lam discusses how you want to avoid the overdone look and what it takes to keep your lips looking natural.

Here's Janice Dickinson, 52, modeling a bit too much lip. Probably a result of too many Restylane or Jevederm lip injections.

Juvederm is the most concentrated form of hyaluronic acid you can find for your lips. It was approved by the FDA in June of last year and is in the process of taking market share away from Restylane. The lip enhancement results last between four to six months.

Clive James has this to say about Pete Burns and his lip injections;

He'd had that thing done that people who want new mouths do. They don't want new mouths in the sense of a mouth like the old mouth, only young again. They want a new mouth in the sense of a different mouth, a mouth that has been seen nowhere on earth except below sea level.

Pete Burns had the advanced version. I switched Big Brother on accidentally one night and there he was, so I switched it off immediately, but not before having my retinas seared with the image of one of those car-sized fish that lurk deep below the reef, waiting to ingest the brass boot of a deep sea diver.
