Here's a very old scrambled video, a rendition of "Sometimes I Feel Like a MotherLess Child".
My mom died when I was twenty five years old. She was my big love and so this was a catastrophe for me. But there are so many kids who grow up motherless or without loving mothers.

Scientists are discovering that longer telomeres will make you look younger. Telomeres are found around our chromosomes. People with longer telomeres are more successful at turning back the biological clock.
How to get longer telomeres? Key ways include eating well, not smoking, maintaining a good weight and exercising.
People with shorter telomeres age faster, are more likely to get cancer and heart disease.
The study found that people who had the lowest blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids experienced the most rapid rate of telomere shortening over five years.
"Omega-3 fatty acids were associated with less telomere shortening regardless of age, smoking status or the presence of type 2 diabetes."
...
"There’s growing evidence that omega-3s in fish have direct effects on aging and diseases of aging. Higher blood levels and supplement use have been linked to a slowing of age-related blood vessel stiffness, cognitive decline, and macular degeneration."
Key ways to boost your telomere length include;
- eat more salmon, sardines, rainbow trout, herring and other fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
- lose excess weight
- spend more time outside or take vitamin D
- be physically active (people who do 200 minutes of physical activity a week have been found to have telomeres the same length as people who are ten years younger but sedentary).
- Avoid processed meat (don't eat ham, hot dogs or lunch meats if you want longer telomere lengths).

Cindy Crawford, age 43 and mother of two daughters, told the British GQ magazine that she wants to be a MILF. She said:
"I don't want to be a cougar, I want to be a milf. I hate that word cougar and what it represents. Milf is a word I absolutely love....
Age can be daunting, but you can't stop it. I know 20-year-old guys don't look at me anymore. I don't feel it like I used to.
I remember walking down streets in New York at the height of my modelling career, my hair up, and all the construction guys would go crazy. It's different now."

Tiger Woods appears to have had quite a few extramarital relationships. This would normally cause a lot of pain for a marriage partner.
But according to the ZenCast you can listen to here, sexual misconduct can mean many things, and one of them is that all his sexual partners were also guilty of causing harm.
Having sex with a married person can lead to bad karma. Have a listen to this interesting podcast here about one of the five basic Buddhist precepts; not committing sexual misconduct. (The key discussion starts at 9 minutes and 50 seconds into the podcast.)

Here's an interesting story about how to promote yourself on Google's Street View. From TechCrunch;
Can Google Street View be used as a marketing vehicle?
Nate Heagy thinks so. He went to great lengths to follow a Google Street View vehicle and anticipate its movements so that he could set up a sign in its path and start playing a guitar so that he could promote his band, Fear Salesman. Well, he is now on Google Street View. Heagy explains how he executed his bold plan:
"Last spring, . . . I hatched a plan to promote my indie band. After making a sign and keeping it in the trunk of my car for about a month I finally chanced across the google street view car. Then I had to follow it until I figured out its pattern, then get ahead of it with time to set up."
There is only one problem. His picture was taken in the middle of nowhere. Not only is it in Saskatoon (which is in Canada, for all you geography majors out there). It is on a random residential street in Saskatoon that maybe five people will ever look up. Until now, I guess.
One of the readers at TechCrunch had this funny comment...
It would be much more interesting to look at google maps if Google would just tell us their route so we all could go out and get almost famous. Then we wouldn’t have to send our kids up in balloons, sneak into the whitehouse, or sleep with Tiger.

Corinne Maier wrote a best-seller in France a couple of years ago about why she might not have kids if she got to do it all again. She's the mother of two kids and the book caused a bit of a sensation in France. Now it's been translated into English and it's one of the top-selling books on Amazon right now. Here's some reasons to not have kids;
•You will lose touch with your friends
•Your sex life will be over
•Children cost a fortune
•Child-rearing is endless drudgery
•Vacations will be nightmares
•You’ll lose your identity and become just “mom” or “dad”
•Your children will become mindless drones of capitalism
•The planet’s already overcrowded
•Your children will inevitably disappoint you

Here's a free iPhone app focused on true love advice. It's a collection of 15 videos that address the central questions about love, such as what is true love, what is an ideal marriage and how to avoid split-ups.
There's a lot of love related apps out there but most of them are very airy fairy type of quotes and quizzes. Love Advice explores the deeper question, beyond simple ego love.
