Michelle Obama does not contact fashion designers about choosing their dresses. She picks her dresses herself and the designers only find out about their great luck later. See the video below where Jason Wu expresses what it felt like when he found out the First Lady had chosen his gown to wear on Inauguration. He was at home eating pizza and watching the event on TV when he saw Michelle in his dress. He phoned his mom right away. And his phone hasn't stopped ringing since.

Octuplet mom, Nadya Suleman, is an Angelina Jolie look-alike and has almost surely had a nose job and lip augmentation.

This is the opinion of plastic surgeon Dr. Tony Youn . He writes;

I think she looks like a combination of Angelina Jolie and Alanis Morissette. Her lips are huge and may be the result of aggressive fat grafting. It's possible that people who have a large amount of fat grafted into their lips find their lips become excessively large when they become pregnant. Their tummy is not the only thing that grows! Her nose may also have had some work done, making it smaller and thinner than it was before. Without any "pre-surgical" photos, it's difficult to say for sure, but I think she's had both a lip augmentation and a rhinoplasty.

One of his readers found a high school photo of Suleman. It does look like Dr. Youn is probably right.

Update: The lips are probably natural. Suleman says she is not trying to copy or look like Angelina Jolie and that she has not had any cosmetic procedures done on her lips. She told NBC last night;

"I have never thought of Angelina Jolie except the last time I saw one of her movies. I think that was years ago. It is so far away from the place I'm in right now to think of think of any celebrity."

She also denied having her lips cosmetically changed.
