The New Yorker has a great article this week about the undisputed king of retouching. Pascal Dangin is the most famous photo retoucher. Over thirty celebrities retain him to alter their photos and he works for the top fashion magazines with the world's best photographers. His firm, Box Studios in New York, employs eighty people to help him retouch the photos we see in Vanity Fair, Vogue, W, Allure and Times Magazine.

If any of you have some expertise with photoshop retouching and want to apply at the top firm, they are looking for exceptionally skilled people now.

What the heck are these young, slim and beautiful people doing? They are pretending to be tanning themselves. Underground. Far away from the sun. In a train station in London.

They're being paid to promote a self-tanning product.
