Madonna's Arms - Extreme Toning

The Daily Mail has a long post today discussing Madonna's mighty arm muscles and the specifics of her daily workout.
Madonna works out for two hours each day, six days each week. One quarter of that time is devoted to her arms. Much of that 30 minutes does not involve any weights.
You keep your arms out from your sides, and do various movements without ever allowing them to drop. It's strenuous, and very painful - even after five minutes. And it does build muscle.
