Remember the extremely popular "Elf Yourself" campaign? You'd upload a photo of yourself and friends and turn yourselves into dancing elves as a card to send to friends at Christmas.

Well here we have a very similar concept but with the Star Trek theme. You can upload your photo with one of the Star Trek's avatars and then create your own message using text-to-speech technology. See Brian Morrissey's example here.

Kellog's Cheez-It brand is going to get some major links out of this advertising campaign. People will never tire of uploading their pics to something fun. And in this case it is a widget they can put on their blog, rather than just an 'elf yourself' email.
