See a story here about Jamil Ezzo, who runs a website at LocatePlasticSurgeon.com. He filed for a federal trademark registration on his business name, "Locate Plastic Surgeon" in order to stop anyone from using the phrase “Locate Plastic Surgeon” on the internet.
