you should not commit suicide because of your unhappiness with your body. first off you're only 16 years old and have at least 5 moreyars until your are 21 and you can work on your inprefections then but unitl now just focus on having fun and being a teenager as long as you can.

hi i have a method that works you must rub fishoil and vitamin e on your butt 3 times a day and corn oil 1 time a day then you work your butt muscles by swinching from side to side 100 times a day you ca do it in 5 sets of twenty last but not least stand on each leg for 1 minute while holding the other leg straight out to the back at least 10 times a day two weeks i garentee you will see results

How to make a copy of your ebook.

i know that the ebook doesnt let you copy and paste, but one way to get around these kinds of things is by using ur very helpful PRINTSCREEN button "Prt Scrn" what ur gonna want to do is open up the ebook, and while u have the text on your screen, hit the 'Prt Scrn' button. from there, u go into paint and click on your 'select' tool (the square made from a dotted line on the left, in your toolbar) once u have clicked on that, u want to right click in the white empty canvas and select 'paste' ur gonna want to earas the scrollbars and other unesccessary things that came out. you will then return to the body bible, scroll down to a portion of the text you didnt copy the first time, then repeat the 'prt scrn' process along with the pasting process in paint. you are you to continue doing this until yuo have all the text needed for the proper instruction, then save the file. next, u simply attatch the file onto your email and send it! its not so complicated honestly. but... now that u know... SEND ME A COPY!!! E.Y_RealEstate@hotmail.com
p.s. i know this works for windows, im not too sure about macs.
