Madonna probably spends a couple of hours in the gym almost every day in order to maintain the super fit body she has at age fifty.

In the video tutorial below Carmen (whose arms look as toned as Madonna's) shows us three easy exercises for getting your arms in shape in no time. (As well as three exercises for toning your legs and butt).

This is great and I will work on these today after my session on my bouncer and lateral thigh trainer. After a certain age a woman's upper arms can be rather flabby to say the least and they are alot more visible than thighs. Joan Collins said that older women should NEVER hold their hands up and wave goodbye it makes the upper arm look terrible. Good advice but still I am going to try these exercises. Thanks. Gina
