What's the best way to furnish a small living room? In the video below, Katie Stiles shows us some great ideas for furnishing a living room that is only about 180 square feet.

She chooses relatively small couches and she prefers matching ottomans to a clunky coffee table. For the entertainment unit she juxtaposes an antique cabinet with a very sleek and modern plasma TV. Check out the 'before and after' small space tips below.

LCD TV for that room

Nice room. In my small room I, too, found that a rug helps make the room look bigger.

The only thing I would change in this video is to recommend an LCD TV since the plasma will reflect those windows too much. LCD will have no problem during the day.
