We are getting more emails from readers these days. It's a volume we can't handle so most often this mail is not answered.

It is sometimes very sad to read our mail. I'm posting a few examples here to give you a sneak peak at what comes our way.

Hello, I am a single mother and in desperate need of cosmetic dentistry yet cannot afford to do anything. Do you know of there are any tv programmes that do makeovers including teeth. Anything you can advise will be a help thank you.
