TV Land is starting a new reality series today. She's Got The Look is a modeling competition for women over age 35.

Who's the best looking middle age model in America? That's the idea behind the show. The winner will get a chance at a modeling contract and will be featured in Self magazine.

Kim Alexis, age 47, (at center in photo above) is the host of this show.
