Dior has just unveiled a cell phone that will retail for about $5,000. Initially it's just available in Russia and China but Americans will be able to buy it later this year.

Dior teamed up with a French company, ModeLabs Group SA to create this mobile phone and they expect to sell 10,000 units in the first year. Dior's fashion rivals (Prada, Armani and Dolce & Gabana) are already offering designer mobile phones but those retail for only about $600.

You wouldn't want to drop this phone. And if you really want to have the most expensive designer cell phone in your social circle, than you would want to check out an even more expensive and exclusive cell phone created by Vertu and retailing for $73,000.
