Dr. Martin Kelly, age 42, has been called 'the king of rhinoplasty'. He is a leading plastic surgeon in London and he was found dead in his home, on his doorstep, by a fellow doctor. A heart attack is the expected cause of death.

His wife of 10 years, actress Natascha McElhone, is away filming a movie in Los Angeles. She has their two children there with her and is pregnant with their third child. They are flying home today.

Mr Kelly was part of London Plastic Surgery Associates (LPSA), a private practice of several London consultant plastic surgeons.
