Megan Henderson is a guest co-host on Fox & Friends Weekend today. It's possible she'll become a regular there soon.

Henderson graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University. She first joined FOX 4 as co-anchor of Good Day in 2003.

According to her blog on MyFox her bad habits include being a reality show junkie, eating whipped cream straight from a can and reading 'trashy entertainment gossip websites' ( TMZ.com).

She'll soon be reading about herself on TMZ.
