Exercises for a Bigger Butt

Here's a good introduction of the basic exercises recommended for people who would like to develop a bigger butt. It's one of the Ford Model TV series of videos. If you are keen on building up your glutes than follow the instructions here.

sorry but you cant get a bigger butt by working out, i worked out and lost 28 pounds, now i have a flat stomach, but also lost all my booty!!! oh well i guess you cant have it all! right
