Tyra Banks is profiling some women tomorrow who've had horrible experiences with plastic surgery. From the preview it's clear the show will warn people to make sure they go to board certified cosmetic surgeon if they are considering having anything done. But they also say that these surgeries gone wrong can happen even with board certified surgeons. No one really knows how common the botched surgeries are.
