The Richest Woman Exercises Five Days a Week

Melinda Gates, age 43, is America's richest woman. She married Bill Gates fourteen years ago. She was one of the first 100 employees at Microsoft, and they knew each other a few years before getting married. They have three children age 11, 8 and 5. And Melinda manages the world's largest philanthropy organization which will likely give away over $100 billion dollars in total. So how does she find time for exercise? According to an interesting story about her in Fortune Magazine this week, she does one seven mile run once a week with friends and tries to exercise five days a week. She's completed a marathon in the past and has climbed to the top of Mount Rainier.
