Many people will feel alone at Christmas. It's not surprising how many relationships actually end over the holidays. Sometimes it's clearly for the very best but it's still very painful at the time. Sometimes it's a habitual ego pain getting us into a traumatic mess and this could follow us just as easily into the next relationship.
