A couple of years ago AARP made a list of seven famous women who had children relatively late in life. Susan Sarandon is one of the actresses on this list. She has three children and they were born when she was 39, 43 and 46. She says, "I had my kids late. I didn’t think I could have them and I didn’t expect to have them. But they are my best work."

Above is Sarandon, age 61, in her latest movie, Enchanted. She plays the evil Queen Narissa.

In a recent interview she said;

"I'd be lying if I said losing my jaw line was a pleasant thing," she says with a wry grin, "and I am not ruling out eventually doing something. But I think plastic surgery gets addictive and too extreme. I don't want to look like a burns victim."

"Looking good and being sexy is a state of mind – it's about saying yes to life."
