A Nose Job for Karina

Karina Smirnoff is taking a couple of weeks off from Dancing with the Stars to get a nose job.

The rhinoplasty is being performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Nicolov, who will be correcting the asymmetry in her nose as well as a small bump on the bridge of her nose and the deviated septum.

She will be in bandages for about ten days and it may take up to a year for everything to set into place but 90% of the results should be visible in three weeks. We can expect to see her new nose on Dancing with the Stars on November 27th.
