Here's a young Asian woman who shows us how she applies pencil and liquid eyeliner together for a great effect. She takes it a little bit past the natural lash line to add a little wing to it.

She doesn't overdo it and it doesn't look anywhere near as dramatic as in the image above. But she does achieve the trendy 'cat eye' eyeliner look for this season.

She uses Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner products.
