A Nose Job for Jessica Alba?

Did Jessica Alba get a nose job a few years ago? It certainly looks like it from these before and after pictures. But with so many people now becoming really skilled with photoshopping the pics, it's quite possible that the 'before' photo shown here (which almost looks better) was digitally altered.

For example, we are certain that Jessica Alba's nose never looked like shown here.
