How to Look Your Best in Photos

Care Fair has some good tips for how to look your best in photo shoots. If you are getting professional photos taken and you want to increase your chances of looking great, they say that 72 hours prior to the photo shoot, you should try to avoid red meat, caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods. They say these foods may make you skin look oily and increase the chances of your eyes appearing puffy or swollen.
