Here's an abstract painting of the human figure. What is it worth? Today it sold for an incredible $72 million dollars.
The painting by Mark Rothko is seven feet tall. It is called White Center (Yellow, Pink and Lavender). Rothko created it in 1950 when he was experimenting with 'an unknown space' where bands of colour replaced the human figure.
