A Plastic Surgeon's Advice for Good Skin

Before spending thousands of dollars on face-lifts or regular filler injections, one plastic surgeon suggests people pay more attention to their daily diet.

Dr. Lu-Jean Feng is a plastic surgeon. The first thing she talks to her potential patients about is their diet. She says an unhealthy diet will really show up on your skin and especially your face.

"I tell people, I can do a face-lift on you, but if you keep eating badly, your face will show it. What's the point in that? It doesn't take a doctor to notice a dramatic improvement in the quality of facial skin once a person reduces the amount of refined sugar in her diet."

you don’t want to eat spinach nor any vegetables grown and picked by America’s newest slave class. Restaurants called for a ban on serving spinach salads. Most Americans shy away from lettuce, cabbage and other leafy vegetables. They’re all grown and harvested under the same conditions and same people.

please understand that 20 million illegal aliens crossed into America in the past 20 years without any kind of health screening.

They work picking our food, washing our dishes in restaurants and, as is the norm in Third World countries, rarely if ever wash their hands after using the toilet. Additionally, most of them suffer functional illiteracy. They do not practice personal hygiene or health habits most Americans assume as a normal aspect of living.
