Jann Arden: Before and After

Jann Arden, age 45, lost 50 pounds recently. She's done this by watching what she eats and jogging or working out on an elliptical machine six days a week.

She says that other than the improvement in her health the other couple of benefits associated with her weight loss is that no one recognizes her anymore. She enjoys the new anonymity. Plus, the attitude of men has changed. "Now, it's like a completely different amount of attention. As a famous person, you tend to get that anyways. But then you add this other thing to it. It's very, very interesting."

Jann has always been a woman who is open, honest, compassionate, giving, but most of all beautiful. Way to go for her, she has proven that she is still the same person, though her wit and humor and openness.
