First Movie Actress to Endorse Botox

Submitted by Meg Wilson on May 8, 2007 - 08:16.

Virginia Madsen, age 45, is perhaps the first movie actress ever to be paid to sponsor Botox and Juvederm.

Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm are leading dermal fillers made by Allergan. Allergan is a leader in the fast-growing anti-ageing dermal filler market. They (NYSE: AGN) have a market cap of $18 billion.

Allergan can afford to pay several movie stars to endorse their products, and we'll likely be seeing much more of this kind of celebrity marketing in the near future.

See Madsen on their new website; KeeptheWisdom.com and a press release about her involvement.
