Britney's plan is to drop three dress sizes in three months. She is rumored to be planning on spending $130,000 on plastic surgery. Star Magazine says Britney Spears will get 12 lipodissolve treatments, a breast lift, a lower-body lift for her thighs and buttocks, liposuction to get excess fat off her stomach and love handles as well as a brachioplasty to tighten up flab on her arms. She is said to have already started the program by getting some lipodissolve treatments in Las Vegas while she was there this week for a couple of days.

It's understandable that she may want her pre-pregnancy perfect body back but still this story of massive surgery for a young woman of 25 seems a bit too incredible to believe.
