Rachel Smith is the winner of the Miss USA 2007 contest. She is 21 years old from Tennessee and recently graduated as a journalist from Belmont University.

She's possibly the tallest woman ever to win the contest at 5'11". Here's a thirty second video of Rachel Smith in the swimsuit section of the competition.
