The Marchesa goddess gown worn by Jennifer Lopez would be our vote for best dress at the Oscars.

Marchesa dresses often include built-in corsets. They are lined with knee-length corsets that anchor the dresses to the body. The corsets run from the underarm to the lower thigh. This dress here doesn't do much to accentuate Lopez's hourglass figure but the top half is stunning.
