Left Hef, Left Chris doin her own thing...She's a real person and is no different then any other celebrity with respect to a nose job(Ashley Tisdale,Ashlee Simpson, Scarlett Johanson etc etc)...n I agree w/ the former comments that she doesn't have cheek implants or eyebrow implants...good god she looks the exact same!! Tanning,heavy makeup...they make a big difference,even on me and I don't have no surgery. Blond Hair, Fake tits...thats just part of the competitive nature of the Mansion...Hooters in SANTA MONICA and Hawaiian Tropic Competitions.. Jesus christ let the girl do her thing your just jealous cuz your man probably thinks she fly too. Hef Cared about Holly there "Muffin", and please don front like girls at the mansion on average don't do whatever they can to enhance their appearance...sounds like all you girls are just jealous that you weren't his number 1 like she was. I can't believe that is Holly! She was not ugly, but just plain looking. My husband and I could tell that she was soooo fake looking when we watched the show. She looks like a doll, I mean her face is fake, her boobs are fake, her blonde curls are fake, and even her laugh is fake. Well, I guess she had to become artificial since she wasn't blessed with a gorgeous face and big tits naturally.

I think it's hilarious that people far less intelligent than these women (by that I mean can't even spell augmentation correctly) can talk so much trash about them. I'm sorry that they are more successful than you, but I can really see why. And I'm sure Holly payed for those surgeries herself because she had them before she even moved into the mansion. Say what you will, but Hawaiian Tropic and Hooters do earn big bucks. The girl worked hard and now she can do what she really wants to do.

First , she does not look that bad before surgery..she wasn't ugly. I actually think she had some delicate features, she was pretty girl...after all these surgeries she looks like a "bunny" in other words an "ideal".

From watching the show, I can tell that she is a very insecure girl. She looks for acceptance, if you ask me I think she looks at Hef more like a dad....she is looking to shine out...to feel important because she doesn't feel she has none...

I remember her one time saying "Hef, one time said I would never be photogenic enough, I hope he really like the shoot." She has something to prove and she is constantly looking for his acceptance(and thats what I think she cares about the most)

Remember that in this society Women bodies are valued as ornaments and men bodies are valued as instruments.

This whole "playboy" culture, is the embodiment of just that. Which is clearly seen through the reality show.

I personally feel Holly looks nothing like her original "what she was born with" features. I saw her "before " pictures, I would have never known that was Holly.
Why did she feel the need to change her looks so drastically? Low self esteem pehaps?
I have my dad's nose, my mom's chin, my grandmothers eyes and I couldn't imagine altering them in anyway. It's part of me, my genetic makeup, features of my ancesters passed on to me.
I just don't get why women feel the need to do this...society is a big culprit. If you're not considered beautiful, you're no one.
Women say bigger boobs will make me happy, a perfect nose etc. will make me feel complete.....

I think she's gorgeous now and I certainly wouldn't say she was ugly before. She wasn't as polished or whatever, but she still looked better than many women. Like someone else said, thousands of women have surgery every day. People are so quick to judge. I might not want that lifestyle for myself either, but I don't think she's necessarily a terrible person. I do believe she really did care for Hefner and got tired of sharing him and from what I saw of the show she seemed disgusted with him at the end. She's young and sometimes you learn lessons and change and grow for the better.

Not jealous at all. The comment below that say one is jealous of anyone who had plastic surgery and looks great. GET REAL! Holly and the others are only cheap women looking for a few million $'s. I'm a good looking woman and NO WAY would I go out with an OLD PERVERTED UGLY MAN like Hef. YUCK! if Hef had no money to his name I seriously doubt if any woman would look at him twice. She was really ugly/plain looking before but I think she is still ugly. The first time I saw her I thought she looked odd to me. Then when I found out she has had work done, it all made sense. Her hair is fake, her eyebrows are drawn in, her nose is fake looking, her lips are fake, her boobs are fake. Ahhhhhh. How pathetic!! All of you who say more power to her because of that, are you for real??? How can you respect when someone can't accept themselves for who they are?? Having plastic surgery makes some look better but there is MORE TO LIFE than our looks. People who get surgery have issues, work on your self esteem. When it's all over and done, it's going to matter what kind of person you were not what you looked like.

Who cares if she's had plastic surgery? Thousands of women do everyday, not just those who pose for Playboy.

Also, you have to realize that the first set of pictures are all raw images except the last one, which is Photoshopped. Of course she's going to look significantly different.

contrary to the popular belief not all
of us at the PB Mansion have had boob
jobs among other surgeries. Bridge's
boobs are real, and she's a very down to
earth kinda gal. Don't stereotype all of

In case no one knew... Hef gives all of his girls like an allowance of money for plastic surgery. And yes it does seem to be more than just for a breast ogmentation.

Wow, that's really Wow me. I cannot hide my shock, the three picture are look same, but the 4 th photo, really different than the three before, really big change on her Face.
