Beth Ostrosky, 34 is engaged to marry Howard Stern, 53. Stern proposed to her on Valentine's Eve.

Stern's first marriage ended in divorce in 2001 after 23 years. He had separated from his wife in 1999 and vowed he would never marry again. He has three daughters.

Stern has said he hopes the engagement lasts for many years. He really doesn't want to marry and he doesn't want any more children. Stern met Ostrosky in May 2000. She is a model and started doing fashion shows at age 9. She was named one of the Top 100 Sexiest Women of the Year in 2002, 2003, and 2004 by the readers of FHM and has her own line of calendars.
