Rita Cosby of MSNBC is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith had recently had breast surgery to fix a previous breast implant; that it was sometime in the past few weeks, and after the birth of her baby daughter.

And several people she interviewed believe Anna Nicole Smith was mixing multiple medications she had been prescribed to relieve the pain. It's being reported that she quite possibly mixed too many of these medications together and this was the cause of her tragic death.
