Does Angeline Jolie really have such pronounced veins on her arms and hands already at the young age of 31?

This can sometimes result from severe weight loss where people lose the fat just under their skin and this results in prominent veins in all the extremities. This usually also leads to sunken cheeks and a flat rear but Angelina doesn't look like she has that problem to worry about.
