Singer and actress Toyah Willcox, 48, had a facelift three years ago. She also says she gets Botox every three months and she's had Thermage treatments, where they heat your skin to about 45 celsius to stimulate natural collagen.

She says she decided to go and get a facelift when she saw herself on a reality TV show four years ago. "I looked dreadful. Inside, I felt better than ever, but there on TV was a woman with jowls, a turkey neck and baggy, creased skin under my eyes."

She's even written a book about her facelift called Diary of a Facelift.
