Maybe I am a bit older than a lot of you, I am 53, but I remember a day when all womenwore a girdle and thought nothing of it. As I matured and my figure needed it I had no hesitation to start wearing first control top pantyhose and then later on a girdle or shapewear if you prefer. Granted they are not always as comfortable as not having one on but a properly fitted one is not that bad and let us be honest a lot more women could use them than wear them!
