Laura Bennett, 43, loves to design clothes. Although she has five children and a sixth baby is on the way, she says there are only about three things in her closet that she didn't make herself.

Bennett never wears jeans. She's got nothing against them but prefers to wear dresses almost every day. Her advice to other mothers is to take out a little time to think about what you're wearing. See if you can put together an outfit today that is a little nicer than yesterday. And if it makes you feel better, try the same thing again tomorrow.

Bennett was one of the star designers on Project Runway and is about to launch her own maternity clothing line. The maternity clothes will be classic and elegant, yet simple.
