Today's rumor is that Ivanka Trump has had her breasts enlarged. But it's not clear from the before and after pics shown here. It looks like her breasts have always been large. (The before photos were taken several years ago with her mother, Ivana.) The only sure thing is that Ivanka wasn't always this blond.

Update January 2007: Ivanka probably didn't have breast implants a few months ago but it definitely looks like she has had a major breast augmentation now, based on this photo from the Golden Globe Awards show.
