Jennifer Grey, 46, was probably one of the first actresses who publicly stated that she regretted having had a rhinoplasty operation.

Grey became famous in the late 80's when she acted in several successful movies, the most stellar being Dirty Dancing. Soon after her fame in Dirty Dancing, and her broken engagement to Johny Depp, she decided to get a nose job. The operation changed her face so drastically that even her friends didn't recognize her. And when she walked into her local coffee shop nobody recognized her. The nose job was disastrous for her future acting career. It took away her distinctive features.
