Putting in breast implants takes about an hour or two, but you earn $10,000 - $20,000 for that amount of work. I know one plastic surgeon who does facelifts only three days/week and earns enough in one week to be able to pay my medical school tuition for a year. It's hard to say no to that kind of money. In three works of work of working only three days/week, I could pay off all my student loans. In two months' work, I could buy a condo. All working part-time. No wonder plastic surgery is such a popular specialty.
