Star Magazine's new issue is all about Hollywood celebrities and their secret cosmetic surgery. They have before and after photos of Kate Moss (slimmer nose), Jessica Simpson (plump lips via restylane), Jennifer Aniston (thinner nose and squarer chin), Tori Spelling (bigger breasts), Angelina Jolie (slimmer nose) Janet Jackson (bigger breasts), Demi Moore (breast augmentation), Omarosa (bigger breasts), Ashlee Simpson (facial surgery) and Britney Spears (tummy tuck).

Maybe half of these claims are actually true. The Britney Spears tummy tuck and Jennifer Ansiston nose and chin surgery are probably the least likely claims to be true. We'll be watching for it at the supermarket.
