Beautiful Demi Moore, 43, has had a lot of cosmetic surgery over the past few years. Brian Novack is reported to be her preferred plastic surgeon. I think cosmetic surgery is what is she needs. Especially now that she's not getting any younger and she is an actress and an actress needs to stay beautiful aside from her talent in acting.
