Tara Reid has revealed some very personal confessions in this week's issue of Us Magazine. She tells us that last month she got some reconstructive surgery to try to fix a breast implant and liposuction operation from two years ago.

She says she originally decided on breast implants because her breasts were an uneven size. But the surgeon put in implants that were much bigger than what she had asked for. And after the surgery she had bumps along her nipples that got worse with time.

Though Tara has never been overweight, she also had a liposuction operation two years ago. She wanted a more taut stomach; a six-pack, but the lipo went all wrong. Her stomach became "the most ripply, bulgy thing."

Update: Dr. Youn informs us that the surgeon who Tara Reid picked to fix the previous work is Dr. Steve Svehlak. Other than highly recommending Dr. Svehlak for anyone on the West Coast he also warns that he's seen a lot of these botched liposuction jobs and to make sure you go to a board-certified surgeon if you are considering liposuction.
