Gwen Stefani, 36, gave birth to her first baby at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles today. She had a cesarean scheduled for noon and gave birth to her baby boy just before 1:oopm according to Us Weekly.

Jossip is already speculating she will have a tummy tuck together with the c-section.
