Sondra Gotlieb of the Weekend Post describes a scene in the Beauty Junkies book by Alex Kuczynski;

"Somewhere chic in L.A., several women, long-haired blond beauties, about five-foot-10, with tiny hips, full lips and large breasts, are chatting together.
