Eat Your Beans to Stay Young

Eating foods high in folic acid can reverse the aging process.

Beans and peas (including lentils, kidney beans, split peas, and all other legumes) have the highest concentrations of folic acid.

Dr. Andre Berger says that folic acid supplements and red wine resveratrol pills would be the ideal medicines for people who wish to slow the aging process. They are more effective than the currently faddish human growth hormone, Goji berries and noni juice.

These high-fiber foods are also highly recommended for anyone who is trying to lose weight.

Beans are a great way to get protein and other nutrients if you don't eat meat. Great in salads, soups, pasta, rice, etc. Peas may be good for you but who wants to eat them? ;)
