Miss Puerto Rico -Zuleyka Rivera - is an incredible beauty and even manages to stand out from the other top four contestants. Her goal is to take acting lessons in New York or Los Angeles and to become a famous actress.

France, Israel and Sweden have banned contestants who've had cosmetic surgery. Zuleyka Rivera says she's not had any cosmetic surgery but she has no problem with the idea "provided that it’s done taking into account health first and foremost."
