Why Floss Your Teeth Daily?

I confess I don't floss my teeth very regularly. Turns out I'm in good company as apparently only about ten percent of us floss their teeth every day.
But flossing your teeth daily is the most important thing you can do to help attain the perfect smile. Over three quarters of people over the age of 35 have some sort of gum disease. Gum disease can make your gums look red and puffy and will eventually impact on the appearance and health of your teeth. Flossing is critical for overall gum health.
